All glazes we use are reactive. This means that they don’t always show up the same way on all pieces. The glazes vary depending on what temperature the ceramics are fired, where they are placed in the oven, what clay body they are put on and also how the piece is glazed (dipped or poured).

We work with resources that are taken from nature, and just like everything else in nature us humans don’t really have much of a say. We do our absolute best to make sure we are up to date with what techniques work best with the materials we use.
